Introducing Viper

Viper is the code-name of an experimental tool I've been slowly putting together in the last months. The fundamental idea is having a unified framework to facilitate the process of creating and using modules dedicated to the static analysis of any arbitrary file. Why? Mainly because I find bothering having to maintain a unmanageable collection of numerous incompatible scripts. I want something better than that.
